A Classic! Easily should be on top of any lighthouse-lovers "must-see" list, as it's the crown jewel of North Carolina's Outer Banks. It's the tallest lighthouse in America and the story of it being moved back from encroaching shore-lines in 1999-2000 is a great tale of amazing engineering and heroism.
You are right this one is a classic...I hope I get the chance to see it someday :)
