A Lighthouse a Day, Jan 4 & 5

So I was a dummy and forgot to bring home the calendar page for yesterday (Tues), so I'll post both yesterday's and today's lighthouse right now.

The lighthouse for Tuesday January 4 is New Point Comfort Lighthouse in Mathews, VA

And today's lighthouse is Price's Creek Lighthouse in Kure Beach, NC

The Price's Creek Lighthouse is obviously inactive nowadays and lies along the banks of the Cape Fear River where many lighthouses (mostly smaller range lights) have been decommissioned. One of the larger lighthouses that once stood in this area was the Cape Fear Lighthouse.
