Lighthouses galore!

This holiday season, Mike and I received SO many gifts that were lighthouse themed from our friends, our families and each other.  Mike already shared that I gave him a "Lighthouses" 365 day calendar, but in addition to that we received two other calendars.

One is the vertical calendar seen above and the other was a 16-month Lighthouses calendar.

We added five new books to our collection this Christmas.  Here are the books we received:

Our lighthouse home decor tripled in size over the holidays!  We received some amazing gifts and can't wait to figure out where to put everything.

A cute addition to our porch!

I love this box from my brother.

Some more ornaments to go with the one we bought, I can't wait to put them on the tree next year!

This glass lighthouse is so adorable and tiny, I especially like the seashells.

These candle holders are made out of sand, I can't wait to find a perfect spot for them!

The backs are really cute with a sailboat and a seagull.

Nice new mugs to drink our hot chocolate out of during the winter.
The perfect wind chime for lighthouse lovers.

Some of the other gifts that people gave us were a t-shirt of some of the Cape Cod lighthouses from Mike's grandparents and a photograph of New Cape Henry Lighthouse and Old Cape Henry Lighthouse in Virginia taken by Mike's sister's fiancé.

Finally, I gave Mike a gift that will definitely come in handy while on lighthouse trips and tours.

New binoculars!  These water-proof and fog-proof binoculars will really help when we try to see some of the more remote lighthouses in the United States.  They will also be nice to take with us on hikes, another one of our passions.

I hope you enjoyed our gifts just as much as we do!
